- You can conveniently access and manage your bookings through our My Bookings page, which displays both upcoming and past appointments.
2. Upcoming Bookings:
- We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

- This policy has been put in place to ensure the efficient operation of our appointment schedule. It acknowledges that we may not be able to fill a canceled appointment slot within 24 hours, which affects our scheduling and availability for other clients.

- Early Bookings: You have the flexibility to book appointments up to 90 days in advance of the desired start time.
- Late Bookings: For last-minute scheduling, we require bookings to be made at least 12 hours before the intended start time.

- A booking fee is applicable to all appointments. This fee is designed to secure your booking and reserve your desired time slot.

- In cases where cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be applied.

- If you cancel within the required notice period, your booking fee will be fully refunded.
- We will also refund your booking fee if, for any reason, we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

- Please note that the rescheduled appointment must still adhere to the cancellation notice policy.
