NOTE: washing your lashes (everyday) with Lash Shampoo (water doesn’t clean them properly) helps with the retention and it’s essential for client-stylist cooperation. Make sure you follow aftercare for the best retention, especially if you are planning to progress with infills.

1. My Bookings Page:
View upcoming and past bookings conveniently on your My Bookings page.
2. Upcoming Bookings:
For upcoming bookings, you can “Reschedule” or “Cancel” as needed.
3. Cancellation Notice:
Please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid beeing charge 50% of the total treatment price.
4. Booking Time Limits:
Early Bookings: Reserve appointments up to 90 days in advance.
Late Bookings: Schedule within 5 hours of the desired start time.

Service Description
Mega volume lashes give the most dramatic look possible, with extremely fine lashes being applied in a fan on to each natural lash, creating a very dark and full look. The lashes used are even finer than regular volume lashes which means they still feel lightweight and it is safe to apply them.

Cancellation Policy
If a client does not show up for their appointment and has not cancelled at least 24hours in advance, they will be charged half the price of their appointment.
On your My Bookings page, you can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option.
I require at least 24 hours notice for any clients that need to cancel. If you cannot provide this notice you will be charged 50% of the total treatment price. This policy is set as I would not be able to refill the cancelled slot in under 24 hours.
